2023 has gone by fast 😲 We have shared with and learned a lot from the community since we started back up this season in August. We’ve seen a lot of continuous engagement from Black data professionals from Coffee and Code, our technical sessions, and the data talks we’ve had. Before we close out the year, we have a little bit of each for you in November!
Events

First, catch the only Coffee & Code session for this month on November 11, 2023 at 10 AM US ET. Kimberly Deas, the mind behind this offering, will be your accountability buddy as you catch up on your work before all the holidays start.
Next we have Andrea Hobby, a health data scientist, who will teach you a little bit about her profession with an introduction to health informatics practical work using R. A two for one learning! Sign up here for this November 16, 2023 session at 8 PM US ET
To close out the month two weeks after that on November 30th at 6 PM US ET, we have one more networking session. Join Lauren Shores and Hana Hanfi, our networking and mentoring and analytics leads, to learn some job search tips and tricks and share in community with other Black folks in data. It is an open conversation setting, and all levels are encouraged to attend and share.

The conference will be a week long Black in data professionals celebration in February, 2024. We look forward to seeing what you all have to offer for us, by us!
